Refunds and Failed Video Requests

Credit handling when a request fails

Generation failures

Confirmed technical failures are refunded automatically to the source credit grants once. A content-policy rejection follows the policy shown at submission and does not receive an automatic credit refund.

Pending and uncertain requests

A delayed request is not yet a failed request. If the provider’s acceptance is uncertain, we reconcile it before another submission or refund. Check My creations for the current status.

Purchased credit packs

Payment and video generation are separate. For a purchase issue, open a support ticket with the order ID. Do not include complete payment-card details or passwords.

When the file is ready

Play and download your completed video within 30 days. Expiration of a delivered file is separate from a generation failure.
