How we process your photos and generated videos
Create a video from two photosUploads and video generation
We store uploaded photos in a private media bucket. Temporary authorized links allow the generation provider to read the references. Photos are not automatically published in our examples. The provider receives the images and story instructions needed to make your video.
Account and purchase records
Your account identifies which uploads, requests, credits and purchases belong to you. Authentication uses Google or the account options shown on the sign-in screen. Stripe processes checkout; this application records the order and credit allocation.
Retention
Unused uploads are scheduled for removal after 24 hours. Photos belonging to completed or failed tasks are scheduled for removal after 7 days. Finished videos are retained for 30 days. Unresolved generation tasks retain their inputs while reconciliation continues. Scheduled cleanup may run after the deadline rather than at the exact second.
Access and help
Video playback and downloads require the owning account. Use the support tickets in your account for a privacy or deletion request. Download anything you want to keep before its retention period ends.
